Our Story
Bars On Demand is proudly owned and operated by Lorene and Jason Factor, partners in both business and life, and devoted connoisseurs of mixology. Their idea to create a mobile bartending service was born from the suggestions of bar patrons and clients who spotted the obvious- they loved mixing drinks as much as serving them. Fast forward a few years and beers later and Bars On Demand was created.
Like a chef to a kitchen, so is Lorene to a bar. She understands that the quality of a cocktail is based on the knowledge of its ingredients and how they're treated in respect to their nature. Mixology isn't her job, it's her passion- Lorene has proudly served Orlando for over 15 years, earned a Masters Of Mixology from A Bar Above, teaches mixology at Orlando Bartending School, certifies regularly for RServe and TIPS, and has been the personal bartender for a royal prince and various rock bands.
While Lorene is crafting custom cocktails, Jason is keeping the line flowing. After 10 years of bartending solely within the wedding industry, he understands that the sooner your guests are holding a drink, the better. On average, your guests will visit the bar once an hour, making speed and skill a crucial ingredient in creating the perfect wedding, and Jason does them both with a genuine smile.
In the end, Bars On Demand was essentially created for you. It was formed with you in mind, for your event, and for the pictures you will smile over for years to come.
