Our Story

Bars On Demand is proudly owned and operated by Lorene and Jason Factor, partners in both business and life, and devoted connoisseurs of mixology. Their idea to create a mobile bartending service was born from the suggestions of bar patrons and clients who spotted the obvious- they loved mixing drinks as much as serving them. A few years and beers later, Bars On Demand was created.

Bars On Demand - Jason and Lorene Factor

Like a chef to a kitchen, so is Lorene to a bar. She understands that the quality of a cocktail is based on the knowledge of its ingredients and how they're treated in respect to their nature. Lorene has proudly served Orlando for over 15 years, earned a Masters Of Mixology from A Bar Above, teaches mixology at Orlando Bartending School, certifies regularly for RServe and TIPS, and has been the personal bartender for US senators, a royal prince, and various rock bands.

While Lorene is crafting custom cocktails, Jason is keeping the line flowing. After 10 years of working the wedding industry, he understands that the sooner your guests are holding a drink, the better. On average, your guests will visit the bar once an hour, making speed and skill crucial.

Jason does them both with a genuine smile.
